Therapy is a collaborative undertaking.

I came to this work not only through professional training, but through my own experience of therapy.

I have known periods of uncertainty and difficulty. Therapy offered a space to reflect more carefully on my life — to recognise patterns that had felt confusing and to approach change with greater steadiness. That experience led me to train and to offer the same quality of attention to others.

My approach is humanistic and relational in orientation. I am interested in how early relationships and unspoken expectations continue to shape the present. Often, the work is less about dramatic insight and more about gradual recognition.

I hold a BA (Hons) and a Diploma in Counselling and am a registered member (MBACP) of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. I am currently completing an Advanced Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapy. My practice is supported by ongoing clinical supervision and professional development.
