Sessions are 50 minutes and take place weekly at an agreed time.

Therapy is typically open-ended, though shorter-term work can be discussed where appropriate.

My fee is £65 per 50-minute session.

Payment is due at least 48 hours before each session by bank transfer. Fees are reviewed periodically, and any changes are discussed in advance.

The first step is a free 30-minute Zoom call. This offers an opportunity to discuss what brings you to therapy and whether working together feels appropriate.

Sessions are confidential and conducted in accordance with the ethical framework of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. As part of professional practice, I undertake regular clinical supervision.
